Red Belly Gourmet
Red Belly Gourmet is situated at Copeland in the foothills of the Barrington Tops.
Our farm based food business commenced in 2003. We are fully certified organic with the Organic Growers of Australia (OGA). We specialise in a range of condiments where the ingredients are grown, hand made, bottled and labelled all on farm by chef Craig Kingston and his wife Ann Smith.
You will find us at the Newcastle Farmers Market where you can buy our farm fresh certified organic vegetables, eggs and beef to take home. You can also enjoy our tasty food which we cook to order at the markets from our farm produce.
An example of our breakfast delights is: Red Belly organic beef sausages and eggs on sourdough with homemade tomato sauce.
